Consider the following

from press release for Connacher on Sept 14th

On September 12, 2011 we initiated a formal process to dispose of our extensive 100 percent-owned lands and assets at Latornell in Alberta'sDeep Basin. The first round of bidding closes on October 13, 2011.

Another possibility could be the same buyer that bought is interested in these lands as well and negotiations are in process. Or it's a different buyer.Either way no release means one of two things 1- the land wasn't sold or 2- negotiations are still under way.
