it could also restructure its debt with a private equity partnet that could make a deal on a debt, issue debentures , etc., then JV or be acquired once restructured into a better looking prospect. Of course shareholders will have to deal with further dilution but even with that happening, the strength of the assets could very well represent a strnger share price
