my outlook and opinion is purely technical, i don;t have time for in depth fundamental analysis. my view is that and other factirs all show up in the price, hence my penchant for tech. that also allows me to follow multiple stocks and get a quick unemotional opinion on their performance.

when i mentionned tight window, I should have specified short term. Indeed, it has, as Rebels so graciously confirmed with his "big boys" positions, being playing between 39-45, and that window has tightened to 41-42 while volume has lowered. Hence, tight range and little activity. In Tech, that typically is a preview of a large shift. Right now it is unclear about the direction of that shift. I was simply stating that with oil going to 90 (now 91), the lack of even a small jump (say towards 43, with buying interest/volume) is concerning.

just my 2 cents on tech analysis. Everyone else's fundamental info/opinion is appreciated, just trying to give a bit back.
