thank you for the info....where do you find the price of bitumen....i am trying to find the going rate......i already have 57 k and would like to add more...if the price of bitumen continues to go up then we should be fine...i see no problem in paying off the 100 million note in june 2012 without dilution and the use of the line of credit...
