IMO it will take a real beef to move us over the the 80 cents.

real beef = announcement of take-over at $1/sh (+ $1 billion for debt holders) or JV (provided that it is positive for common shareholders).

So Jurek what is in your opinion the most possible option of these 2?If 1$ /sh is a target for a take over then we were all the time before overvalued if that's all we could get .In the period April 2010 to april this year the sp hovered between 1.10 as low and 1.85 as the high.After april we start sliding to the point we are today with even a lower part .

So what's the main reason we are at this sp considering that we have now a production of around 15.000 in total for the sagd part.Is it the fear oil could not sustain current level because expectation for the eurozone is a possible recession due to the meassures politicians had to take to deal with the debt situation.And it will take long time to solve this problem.Now that we have a government after more then around 550 days of election the new meassures that come out now are not pleased by the people .

So is the fear factor for small companies like CLL so much bigger compared to major oil companies which are also a lot lower then previous days but not in the amount CLL is.

If a take over should take place we as common shareholders are the worst of because a take over now in such an economic situation is a very bad timing.
