JV will not happen because of the size of connacher and their debt.Like I said before, who would invest 950millions in a company that worth less than 400millions.That makes no sense.

400 millions???How do you come to this value?

If we look to the chart over a few years then all investors miscalculated the value then because we are now much lower then before CLL has to start up.After all this years and a production though not at the design speed ,more reserves etc everyone thinks the value is now under 1??Then we all were wrong the time we were above 1 ?Investors are sometimes very strange in their calculations on value.So why after the crisis started again this year CLL is worth a value below 1 but still bitumen price is higher then a few months ago and oil is holding around 95 to 100 .

What to think about the injection test they did.As from their report the test was succesfull so for a JV partner or a takeover this could also implement production could be lifted .If a take over should take place on they are not interested in MRC they could sell it and reduce the debt.They could also expand the current production to a mid size company .
