Agreed to a certain extent..Market cap is what people are willing to pay for a share at a given point in time..That said it's rarely an accurate assessment to what a company is worth..CLL was never worth the $6 it hit and PDP was never worth $25 CLL WAS however worth a lot more than the .235 it hit some weeks back and is also worth more than the .77 it's at now...That said Brex and Nortel come to mind..Share price is manipulated by big institutions for their agenda, It's not uncommon for a company to be driven down to force a sale or hostile take over. I'd argue CLL is in it's current situation because it was driven down in 2008. It was forced to dilute at way too low a price which is the main reason they're forced to seek a JV..Had that dilution not occurred SP would probably be around $2 right now and CLL could have issued shares for this expansion instead of looking for a JV...So blame lays squarely at the feet of the market players that practically destroyed the long term success of CLL for their short term greed and profit.
