Although Jurek has been almost consistently negative for the past two to three years, look at where the SP has been during that period. Unfortunately, he has been quite accurate as a whole.

However, I agree with you on the speculation that a buyout could be higher than the 90 cent to $1.00 level that we were seeing last week. I would think it would be in the $1.60 to $1.80 range, with a slight possibility of it being higher. However, that is only IF there really is a buyout offer being discussed behind closed doors. Not the sort of gamble that you'd want to bet the farm on. I do have a position right now on the chance that a JV or buyout does happen, but not a large enough position that I'd be pissed off at myself if the share price plummets again.
