i firmly believe that CLL will receive another offer jsut on the bases of CLL announcing that Gusella has suspended the JV process for Great Divide to allow the suitor to further investigate their own balance sheet to determine if they can afford to take out CLL...

CLL stated that they will suspend the jv process until mid Feb 2012
