IMHO CLL was the victim of a bear raid ( driving SP down to .235) no doubt purpatrated by the company that made a low ball offer. Wouldn't be the first time a company was driven down to rediculously low levels then forced to sell at a extremely low price. CLL always goes off the radar after May so no interest isn't unusual. SP usually picks up in Sept but this year was interupted by the raid. We haven't seen the final numbers for Dec, if as good as claimed then swithiching back to increased spending for production makes sense. Right now everyone involved has their poker faces on.Shaking up management , saying FU to offer and telling everyone we're going full speed ahead to increase production was brilliant. It's either a great fake or saying we're not doing anything until we get all the information needed to assure a fair value if the company is sold.IMHO DG protected common shareholder interest by not taking what he even said was a market bottom low ball offer.
