Connacher Oil and Gas Ltd. (CLL-T0.930.011.09%) says chief executive officer Richard Gusella is leaving the company hardly a week after a big shakeup in its executive offices.
Mr. Gusella had taken on the additional responsibilities last week of president and interim chief operating officer, filling the roles after two executives departed.
No reason was given for Mr. Gusella's decision to leave the company.
Connacher says that it has shifted two directors to handle daily operations of the company in the interim, serving as co-managing directors.
Colin Evans is the president of oil and gas consulting firm Evans & Co. Inc. while Kelly Ogle is the president and CEO of Trafina Energy Ltd..
