Why did it take the BOD nearly three years to react and take action? The malfeasance has been endemic and crippled the Corporation. Why should anything more effective be anticipated now? Not to mention destruction of a tremendous amount investor capital. The entirety of Connacher mismanagement has been negatively legendary and pathetic!!

Yes it's a sad story that a company which has good assets is become a vehickle now .I hope on a good deal cfr. a good offer if that's the case.On the other board a lot of posters are optimistic but i must see it first.What I do agrre is the current sp is not the reflection of the company if it's sold .But the way CLL is formed as a whole is maybe not so attractive for a sale .Probably they will separate the total CLL is 2 or 3 parts cfr. MRC,conventional and sagd part.
