This is old new news for investors who follow the CLL.

CLL is (was) actively searching for JV partner since July 2011 with no success. In November 2011 the search was broaden from JV to " sell-down of our Great Divide oil sands project and farm out or sell-down Twinning and Penhold " as per old dog statement.

Since January 2012 a new (actually old but inexperience) CLL management is trying to continue the search for the buyer with the help of Goldman Sachs.

It does not look like Goldman Sachs took this job too seriously. Just the other day they sold 1 million CLL shares on the open market.
