Icon president Scotia Capital new target on CLL after Mr. Sametz's appointment

On the other boarded someone post they were on BNN?Anyone here who can confirm this and have any details?

The Scotia target seems a little low .Besides the reserves they have 2 plants in the SAGD and MRC as well + some other assets.

1.25 is a low deal looking to the possibilities this company has if someone can expand this .
