ya i am retiring as soon as i can walk out the door....then i can start to really enjoy life ! I am fortunate to have a gov. job...the reason i wanted it was for the pension...i wont be much but i will be fine and will still do some trading on the side.

Yes i read SH...every day.....you got honorable mention lately !! I THINK we will maybe be sold or get a JV maybe....i plan to be out before 4th quarter if the price is right ! I put in sell orders today at 2 different levels. I think we can move up quite quickly with good news. We are very much undervalued IMO. I would really like to see a buyout around .75.
