I'm I right to assume that Canada has also a "Bloc " party the same we have in Belgium the so called "Flemisch Bloc" ?Are that the " the separatists"?

What is their goal.To achieve independant states based on language and culture like in Belgium.

The French against the English here ?Or is it on ecomomic purpose?
