In May I brought to your attention KHD at about $3 (developer, builder, and operator of Canadian renewable power facilities). The party is over on this one. It is being taken over by Transalta for $4.55 per share.

The party continue at Teck Resources (TCK.B). Scotia and TD has moved the target to $27 per share. It has a long run so the tight stops or puts are the must. Earnings are due on July 22.
