I did take a look at MCF and see lots of good as you pointed out. The balance sheet looks good, no debt, and it almost looks like they would like to take it private.

It's not my cup of tea for a few reasons. First it's a little pricy for me, having lost a considerable amount during the last downturn. Secondly though everything looks good, the SP has declined and stagnated. Lastly it just doesn't seem -- for whatever reason -- to have any pizazz, little investor interest (could be they want to keep it that way on purpose). I'm usually interested in higher risk/possible higher return stocks.
