Natural Resource Road Act

SH Switchover.

I came across this very recently. The NRRA is becoming a big issue regarding worker safety. But the BC government is keen on passing it. This would directly affect the road construction in the Golden Triangle and attempt to fast track the building. I'm sure Teck is all over the MLA's to get this approved. If approved soon, i'm sure construction approvals and permits would start flowing quickly.

The Natural Resource Road Act Project aims to establish a single legislative framework for the use, construction, maintenance and management of resource roads. This simplified process will create certainty about rules and regulations, and provide consistency for all sectors and resource road users.
