Good find! But really, what a convoluted agreement; I guess that's how the lawyers can charge an arm and a leg for their fees!

Cuu has far exceeded the expenditure part of the requirements; the outstanding items are the BFS and the related Feasibility Notice. In a way it's good that the clock runs out on Dec 31, 2011; that means there will be no delays this time - this deadline must be met. I guess that's why the BFS Consultant has a deadline date of Nov 15 according to vette's fly on the wall info.
