Greece government falling

It looks like the Greek government might fall later today, or tomorrow. Apparently it is not legal to have a referendum in Greece on financial matters. Merkel and Sarkozy are meeting on Wednesday to push the agreement forward. They are not prepared to wait for a January referendum.

The Russian stock market encountered "technical difficulties" and shut down early.
