The author did his homework.

"The 300m long area between these two zones of moderate chargeability in the first anomaly is characterized by low chargeability possibly due to an interpreted northwest trending fault zone."

This is a significant departure from the general trend of Northeast faulting. It represents a second independant faulting caused by a thrust zone hitting resistance. It has an associated brechia zone and has/is being drilled.

The data to date indicates 3.5 SC deposits and there is potential for more. Elmer has said it would be a decade before the true depths are known and the district would be drilled for 20 years. I suspect this is making it difficult to evaluate for the purpose of making an offer. I can see Elmer telling companies to wait for the end of the drilling season before making an offer. This would explain the lack of major investors.

The heavy investors I talk to want a piece of whatever emerges from the negotiations. When Ajax was the talk these guys waited for an approved mine then bought. They are the drip and dividend crowd. I've wooed a few over to the dark side. lol.

I'm pretty sure the small fry like me have had enough of a beating and are waiting for this to near the end of drilling. While that could be a mistake it is understandable. Just on our BBs we know people who bought in above $1.50. I bet a lot of them could not take the selling pressure and bailed at a loss because they lacked patience. In theory this could take 5 months just to get the Teck option cleared up. By that time we would have doubled the resource and added 60% to the reserves. (If I'm right we will hit 32 million ounces of gold by summer 2012, a four times increase). I'm expecting 7 areas of over 1% copper with low cost access. 2 areas of over 2% copper and a few smaller areas with as much as 3%.

If we get to detail the fault structures we may find a mini gold mine. Then comes Mess Creek!? What will we discover there... Even the roadway in has yielded gold.

There may be some very bright stars on the market with quick turn over but that requires being at the computer all day. For my time I choose CUU and roll the dice with a small amount of money on companies like happy and a few others. It keeps me awake but a loss there doesn't hurt. Maybe after cuu I'll take a more agressive approach and play the news daily. But I let life dictate investment not the other way around. Perhaps I should change.
