Chappy , I'm going by memory here so I could be wrong but I think Elmer mentioned 3.7B himself when he was on BNN [ The same interveiw that he mentioned a mine with 800 employee's ] . Maybe we should re-watch the interveiw because I think he said that 3.7B included operating costs for the 20 year life of the mine . In case my memory is way out of wack , sorry folks . As far as finding workers for SC , Teck has been doing this sort of thing for a while . With Vancouver and Kelowna just a short [ 1.5 hours ? ] flight away we're dealing with a very different situation than convincing someone to go to Fort Mac .
