Looks to me like both of the JV partners are trying to get out of Dodge as the prospects for a Galore mine are seriously in doubt as a result of the complications they would encounter trying to develop it.

Not sure how this might impact Schaft, if at all.

It may be that the combined properties could be a target for a Rio or Barick with sovereign backing, but that would be the largest mining project on Earth.
