Message: We are in good hands,

You know, I'm glad to see more optimistic comments coming out now after the recent rash of negative/conservatism shown of the other board. Most of us got in this one because of the potential, not the known. The current resource estimate, the anxiety over the capex, the current share price - relax! Others more knowledgable than us are in control and continue to put their money on the line and most likely know where this will all end up. It amazes me that some believe they have more of a handle on the market value than for instance - Stifel, who follows stocks as a profession, has geologists to consult, has been to the site, has kept in regular contact with management, continues to buy and for what - a modest return on a $2.40 investment? You don't think they know how to run capex numbers? Remember, they have a ton of experience, regular access to management and to the industry mine builders. You don't think they know how to interpret the geology history and TITAN potential? You don't think they can approximate what the BFS will look like? I find management very honest and straight forward. You ask the right questions, and you will get the answers if they can comment. I'm sure Stifel has approximated what the BFS will look like, and what it will mean to the market. This stock can jump .50 to .60 cents in a day and when the news is out, there will be no suppression - just continued buying and large volume.

I'm leaning toward-a buy-out of the Schaft deposit, 100% retention of the surrounding claims and then either a buy-out of CUU after we have received a nice cash dividend or Teck shares, or a nice dividend and a $25-35 million 2012 drill progam to prove up some value on the rest of the property.
