Hi yourmoney, I share your optimism on the buyout price but I think that in the reality of negociation, Ernesto will be the only judge jury and witness of what is ''fair value''. I can't see a good reason why he would not maximize the CUU bounty since he is the main shareowner and is certainly in it to make more money. With more than 52% of the float,he has the louder voice and will make the final call at the negociation table.
That being said, this is the best thing that could happen to us since this guy knows what he's doing and will make the best decision for himself. (and our tfsa at the same time). Even tho I would love to hear what all those grown up investors are discussing, I quite enjoy being in the backseat waiting for daddy Ernesto to take us to Disney Land. GLTA
