Since the day to day sp is mostly irrelevant to the buyout price, is'nt it an advantage for Ernesto and co to have a low sp for all the recent PP's ? Are insiders allowed to short a stock ? I remember a post where someone spoke with higher mgmt and they confirmed they knew cibc (... cibc is the official ''bank'' of CUU... ) just shorted a huge amount of shares.... Most people here know Im not a basher I just want to inquiere more knowledgable investors to comment the above .... thanks
