Another Positive is, that at least for a number of Years, the Mine will be Open Pit. i.e. Truck & Shovel vs Shaft....More plentiful Labour & lower cost to Operate.

The Resource Tonnage & payback value of the Property should ensure the $$$$ to keep Workers & stay Profitable for Decades. Just my 10Cents
