I think the BFS will be slightly late. CUU has never hit a target so why would this change. Elmer will wait until he is perfectly happy with the data and not a moment sooner. He did tell me that they would be on time if all the contractors were on time. That has also not happened. No contractor is willing to disapoint. I'll happily take 2 week to a month late if it means there are no questions when it gets dropped on Teck. Teck wants it this way too. They want it to fit in their offer formula so we won't be disapointed.
