Most likely the back in decision and the CUU buy out would take place at the same time or within days of the back in. There is no real advantage for TCK to wait but lots of potential disadvantages. Once the back in decision is made, the whole picture becomes clearer and if TCK doesn't hurry, there may be competing offers for CUU. CUU would also continue to release drill results and/or do more drilling and make CUU more expensive. JMO GLTA!
