They are the odd lot signal house for CUU. If they sell, CUU drops. If they buy, CUU goes up. That's not 100% reliable but if you watch the trades, you will see it is often the case. It doesn't matter how many shares they trade just which side they are on. If it isn't an odd lot, ignore it (now and again they have a real customer I guess). Someday maybe someone at the OSC will wake up and smell the coffee about this strangeness.
