With 75% Teck will be the operator

!! Why do we have to constantly repeat stuff.

If Teck opts to back in for 75%, they are not the operator until they EARN IT !!

To earn it they have to spend money on building the mine, based on expenditure % and they also have a timeline to do it.

Until % of the expenditure money spent, Teck is not the operator, CUU is.
