Here is the scenario for Teck considering the expenditures....

Forget 40%...for 100 million more they get 35% more of Schaft Creek = Billions. And if they take 75% they will spend the money on their own growth.

Why give us these millions....they will just take us out, removing the control factor, the expenditure factor, the financing Schaft Creek factor and the timeline factor....
