While CUU seemed to be losing ground; our potential back-in partner and potential "buyer" has done well the last couple of days - TCK gained close to $5.
The divergence of share prices for CUU and TCK is benefiting TCK very nicely IF there is a share swap in the buyout. Just the divergence in share price the last couple of days means that in terms of TCK shares, it will cost them close to 20% fewer shares. I don't want to speculate on whether there is some "human ingenuity" behind the share movements, but TCK has the war chess to push its share price up as they announced a couple months ago they would use the cash to buy back their shares at the right time - this might be the perfect time! Just my observation and JMO! GLTA!
