Mudguy, I would like to clarify some issues with your post:

-in September you personally meet with management

-subsequently, you started having a more critical view of CUU (just because of capex issues?)

-continued selling your position up-to November 2nd

-then bought back in today

What changed between September (or Nov 2nd?) and today that convinced you to buy back in? Was it simply a lower SP?

Can you elaborate on your meeting with management? Do you have concerns with the management team specically or is it all related to the capex issues?

Please don't take this the wrong way... I'm just trying better understand your post.
