Message: Question for BB about CUU as a public company

I have a friend, who actually told me about CUU, and he's still a long but now he's a bit more reluctant to be as optimistic as I am about the future of CUU. One of his biggest concerns is that EE and Insiders could buyout CUU and become a private company - leaving us all up a creek at say $1.50 or something.

Is this even possible? I mean, I think Elmer's track record speaks for itself, but is it a possiblilty? He was telling me that b/c the insiders have a majority they could make that decision and shell out the cash to take us all out. It all seems like that would be somehow regulated against, but I don't know much about this stuff - can someone please help refute this suggestion or clarify if that really is a possibility?

Thanks in advance for your response!
