Good points GL.

I have visited the Calgary office, yes it is very small. The location, although in downtown Calgary is not at centre ice. As a shareholder of an explorerer, this is important for me. They have not been throwing out cash leasing space in an expensive building.

On Monday, I was told by management that "it would be a challenge to have the FS out in December". I was also told they would be issuing an update "soon".

Regarding a blackout period: No the insiders are not currently (as of the 5th) blacked out.
