If they leak into the aquifer the damage would be horrendous. They are going to be allowed to go ahead with it but no one really knows the 40 year horizon. Because of the amount of risk that's being allowed in the USA especially where aquifers are in jeopardy I believe this is deliberate. The companies just want the cheapest route to profit but it's the govt's that are allowing it. Pipe line over aquifers, nukes on fault line, the list goes on and on. The profitability of this smaller deposit does not justify the risk. I would not buy this stock. Yes, it is bankable but in a society where litigation is entertainment...
