The BFS does not need to show anything but a break even situation.
It will not be the price driver for the actual negotiation.
That will be determined based on the new results that are not in the BFS, and may not even be in the revised RE.
All of these exercises are based on data available at the time of their preparation.
The actual worth of this project is in flux and will be so for 20 years.
All we can do is point out, based on available data, what we have proven and what we have reason to believe is there.
This changes weekly and it is incumbent on our management to capture as much of this value as they can.
The price will not be predicated on some completed study, but by those studies augmented with the latest findings, official or not.
