Not necessarily.

As we have learned, anything that is released has a tendency to depress the SP.

Since the driver for the BFS is primarily its existence, demonstrating a break even + $1, the market might punish for that.

Heck, even the folks here who follow this closely are confused about the relationship of the BFS to the ultimate price for CUU shares.

The fact that such a study has been released should drive the SP since it will remove a significant uncertainty, but I don't have confidence that anything near that level of understanding of this project is in the market place.
