Also noticed the RE switch today

AMEC completed the original RE and were late (3 months if memeory serves)

2nd RE is by Wardrop

We were wondering why a couple of PP's back-to-back

Perhaps the CUU board decide to change tact and leverage by fast tracking the 2nd RE
