the chipsareallin.....you said it was ovbious that Elmer is now on the board....can you explain that ? Im not getting that part. I would think that would be a conflict of interest....no?

I can`t see no benifit to us. I do know that Elmer has (company Boxxer) not far away, if Elmer messes up could be the death of boxxer. Yet can you please explain it....thanks
