This is why CUU is still in control once Teck backs in.

* Upon Feasibility CUU receives 78% of the Liard shares

* CUU already own 1.47%, so tehy would be at 79.47% = control

(At this point Elmer can put or remove who he wants on teh board of directors)

* Teck then wants to back in 75%....AH AH AH they must first Earn it...until they do CUU is still in control.

* A JV is then formed...CUU is still in control of the terms an dconditions as they own 80% of the Liard shares and the voting can be done by whoever Elmer put on the Board = control

Teck didn't have to put Elmer on the board....that would have happened anyway when we delivrer teh Feasibility. They put him there now because A) they feel the heat (feasibility is coming) and B) so he get's to now the people already on the board.

If all is done in good faith Elmer will leave a Teck guy in there.

But this is for sure a clear sign that Teck knows that the Feasibility is coming in a matter of weeks (let's get passed christmas and the new year).
