Note the NPV calculation used was 5%

Our PFS NPV at 5% was $4.79 Billion

Based on that NPV which used much lower metals pricing, a much lower grade Resource Estimate with a lower mine throughput rate, our share price valuation is $3.00....not to mention the effect of recent drilling success and further exploration discovery potential....

Do you see the upside....EE certainly does!
