For all concerned I hope you have considered that EE is paying 1.22 a share and he is a billionaire. He didn't get that way from being sharp like circle. If you looking to make a quick buck may I suggest a cardboard sign and corner.
He paid $1.22 on this PP, $1.35 on the previous and $1.50 on the first. and he paid 1.60 on the open market....
