Just some thoughts. No insider buying since October. BFS delayed. I friend of ours was in a black out for 4 months had no idea what was going on and got bought out at the end of it. He was not allowed to say he was in or out of a black out. Question is can Elmer say he is in or out of a blackout. I am leaning towards they are in negotiations right now or why no insider activity. The last time the stock price hit the sub zero mark the insiders smacked it for a couple of hundred thousand and nothing now. Why the pause?

Another question for the board if I were to sell December 30 for a tax loss in my trading account and then transferred those monies into my TFSA would that still be considered a tax loss or am I investing with in the 30 days. Thanks in advance.
