As someone else posted, cant remember his name but if he reconizes himself thanks that was a great post, All these guys can carry from one project to the other is their reputation. so Unless Elmer wants to retiere on an island and never touch mining again he will conclude this project in a way every shareholders is happy because his reputation will follow him up moving forward
