Is it possible we could see an offer after Teck finishes its buyback program?? This could be what they are waiting for.

Well they had 5 Billion in Cash at the end of Q3...They surely raised another 1 - 1.5 Billion in Q4. This would bring Teck t0 6-6.5 Billion.
