It is not a Given IMO that we will have Lots of time to Load Up....The Clock may already be running behind the Scenes triggered by TECK Oversight of all Data Pre-Release.

The Time-Keepers for Teck & CUU are a very select Group "They will Decide" When & Where & for How Much $$$$$$. There may also be a Spinco offered ??

Frankly, i'm glad it's this way....(60+% Ownership =No Cheap Sell-Out here).
