I did a TFSA transfer last week for my wife for room she had from 2011. I did it through CIBC and it had to be at the previous trading day close price. That's how I've done it a few times now. I guess on Tuesday I'll be doing it again at $1.15 unless I see a downtrend that day which I don't anticipate.
